Villa Pearl offers ideal accommodation for up to 6 guests on Mykonos Island. It is ideally located between Ornos and St. John, overlooking the windmills of Mykonos Town, and is only 5 minutes drive from both beaches.
An open-plan, fully equipped kitchen, living and dining room are on the entrance level, while two master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and another bedroom with two single beds are upstairs. The two master bedrooms each have a double bed and en-suite bathroom, and there is a further bedroom with two single beds that has an extra bathroom. The three bathrooms include shower or bath.
The stylish, contemporary interiors match well with the stunning outdoor area, where the private swimming pool (size 28 sqm) is set with trendy sun loungers and a shaded dining area offers a cool spot under the hot sun.

The villa is ideally located between the coastal resorts of Ornos and St. John, overlooking the windmills of Mykonos Town and only a short distance (about 1-1.5 km) from Ornos beach. The famous sandy beaches of Paradise and Super Paradise Beach are only 8 km away.
Mykonos Town, the island's must-see capital, is a 4 km drive away. Here you will find sights, narrow streets, places to stroll, cafes, bars as well as many possibilities to stop and look at the blue sea.

Rentals
The climate resilience tax of up to 10 euros per day applicable in Greece may have to be paid locally on arrival
Terms of payment
A deposit of 20% of the total rental cost is due immediately to confirm the booking. Payment of the remaining 80% of the rental cost is due 21 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation policy
If a guest cancels up to 21 days prior to arrival, 20% of the total rental cost will be retained. If a booking is cancelled less than 21 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total rental cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
