Villa Dione on the island of Mykonos, with private pool, has two separate living units of 50 sqm each which offers plenty of privacy for e.g. two couples.
The appealing accommodation is built on one level and features two spacious as well as tastefully decorated living rooms with lounge, two dining tables, two fully equipped open kitchens, two comfortable bedrooms each with queen size bed, two modern bathrooms with shower. The living rooms are equipped with a sofa bed for an ev. fifth or even sixth guest. The capacity is therefore for up to 6 people, but ideal for 4 guests.
The common outdoor area offers a private swimming pool with surrounding terrace and sunbathing area. The sea view can also be enjoyed from the Jacuzzi.
Villa Dioni is offered from the travel months June - September inclusive only as a complete unit with private pool.
Location:
Villa Dione is located just 4 km outside of Mykonos Town with its special flair and many sights. Paradise Beach is only 2 km away. The secluded coastal village of Platos Galos with its small beach is also just under 2 km away, where shopping and restaurants can be found.

Rentals
The climate resilience tax of up to 10 euros per day applicable in Greece may have to be paid locally on arrival
Terms of payment
A deposit of 50% of the total rental cost is due immediately to confirm the booking. Payment of the remaining 50% of the rental cost is due 1 week prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
July & August:
If a guest cancels up to 60 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total rental cost will be retained. If a reservation is cancelled less than 60 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total rental cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Low Season:
If a guest cancels up to 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total rental cost will be retained. If a reservation is cancelled less than 60 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total rental cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
