The unique decor of the beautiful four-bedroom villa was inspired by the rustic and cosmopolitan nature of the Cyclades and is equipped with all the amenities you need for a carefree vacation. Built on two or three levels, it features a cozy living room with a fireplace, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen on the first floor. Two master bedrooms with king-size beds, one bedroom with two twin beds, and another bedroom with either a king-size bed or two or four twin beds and three bathrooms are spread across the floors.

The villa is located on the hillside about 2 km outside the village of Kolympithres, where taverns, as well as mini-market, are on site. The nearest beach is Kolympithres beach, which is also two 2 km away. Only 5 km away is the beautiful coastal town of Naoussa with a variety of cafes, restaurants and shopping, where there is also a long sandy beach. The location offers dazzling views of the sea the endless Aegean Sea

Terms of payment
Non-refundable price: The total rental cost is due immediately upon booking.
Refundable price: A deposit of the total rental cost is due 7, 14 or 21 days before arrival to confirm the booking.
Cancellation policy low season
Non-refundable price: No refund of rental costs in case of cancellation.
Refundable Price: If a guest cancels up to 8 days prior to arrival, no cancellation fees are due. If a reservation is cancelled less than 8 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total rental cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Cancellation policy peak season
Non-refundable price: No refund of rental costs in case of cancellation.
Refundable Price: If a guest cancels up to 15/22 days prior to arrival, no cancellation fees will apply. If a reservation is cancelled between 14/21 and 8 days, 50% of the total rental cost will be charged as cancellation fees. If cancellations are made less than 8 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total rental cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
