Luxury Living is a luxurious villa built in 2021 on the perpetually sunny island of Rhodes. What sets the villa apart are the luxurious amenities and the location on the Faliraki hill (600 sqm) overlooking the blue Aegean Sea and the sunsets every evening.

The villa has two exclusive and comfortable bedrooms upstairs, one with a large double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) and large balcony with Jacuzzi, and the second with two single beds integrated into a bunk bed (0.90 m x 2.00 m). On the first floor there is a shared bathroom. Furthermore, on the ground floor, guests have access to a tasteful living room with flat-screen TV and a modern equipped kitchen with dining area and a guest toilet. From the living area there is access to the furnished terraces and the pool as well as sunbathing area.

Featuring a seasonal free outdoor heated swimming pool, sunbathing area and BBQ, Luxury Living is accommodation in Faliraki with free WiFi and pool views. This villa features a private pool, a private garden with barbecue and free private parking. Pool heating can also be activated from 21/05-23/09 for an additional fee (prior booking).

Venezia Luxury Living Villa combines the luxury and privacy of a fully autonomous villa with the advantages of an organised hotel unit. Thus, guests also have access to the facilities of Venezia Resort and can be served immediately by its staff for any need!

Villa Venezia Luxury Living is located about 500 m outside the village of Kalithis, where tavernas and a cafe can be found. The two beaches of Faliraki and Kathara are only about 2 km from the villa, as are restaurants, cafes and the nearest supermarket. Only 4 kilometres away is the paradisiacal Anthony Quinn Bay with its beautiful and special beaches. The worth seeing harbour town of Rhodes with its Grand Master's Palace and Colossus of Rhodes is 14 kilometres away. From the harbour there, the surrounding islands such as Tilos... can be reached. The famous village of Lindos with its beautiful bay and the Acropolis above is also within easy reach at a distance of 35 km.
