Description
Momentumvillas is a complex of 4 luxury residences, each with a private pool (4 m x 7 m, 1.40 m deep). They are located in Ialysos, Rhodes, Greece, and only 200 meters from Ialysos beach.
Each of the villas (135 sqm each) is designed with contemporary and modern architecture. It is an excellent choice for those who want to combine their vacation with the comforts of a fully equipped house.
First floor: there is a modern equipped kitchen, and on the same level a bathroom, a dining room and a spacious, beautiful living room.
Please note that all bedrooms are located on the upper floor. There are three bedrooms, which are equipped with single or double beds, depending on the wishes of our guests. One bedroom has its own bathroom, the other two share the second bathroom.
The private pool is heated from 01 March to 31 May and 20 September to 30 November at no extra cost.
If your travel group is larger than 6 people, it is possible to switch to one of the adjacent Luxury Moment Villas.

Rentals
The climate resilience tax of up to 10 euros per day applicable in Greece may have to be paid locally on arrival
Terms of payment
A deposit of 30% of the total rental cost is due immediately to confirm the booking. Payment of the remaining 70% of the rental cost is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
If a guest cancels up to 30 days prior to arrival, no cancellation fees will apply. If a reservation is cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival, 70% of the total rental cost will be charged as a cancellation fee. In case of no-show, 100% of the total rental cost will be charged as cancellation fee
