Location:
Filerimos is a picturesque village located in the northwest of the island of Rhodes. The villa is 3 km from the beautiful sand and pebble beach of Ialyssos. Ialyssos is the second largest town on the island of Rhodes and is located on the northwest coast of the island. Ialyssos was one of the first three ancient cities, dating back to 1500 BC. It is home to one of the island's most important archaeological sites on the Filerimos hill, with the remains of the Temple of Zeus and Athena, the remains of the Byzantine fortifications, the church of the Knights of St. John from the 14th century and the 13 stations that Jesus took on the Way of Transfiguration - a path of cypress trees with impressive shrines on either side. At the end of the path is a 70m high cross with a steep staircase leading to the top - needless to say, the view from this vantage point is second to none.

Rentals
The climate resilience tax of up to 15 euros per day applicable in Greece may have to be paid locally on arrival
Terms of payment
A deposit of 40% of the total rental cost is due immediately to confirm the booking. Payment of the remaining 60% of the rental cost is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation policy
If a guest cancels up to 30 days prior to arrival, 40% of the total rental cost will be retained. If a booking is canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total rental cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
