Villa Sea La Vie has three fully air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds in warm tones and a unique contemporary design, one on the first floor and the other two upstairs. There are two bathrooms with a shower (1x on the first floor and 1x on the upper floor) and a guest toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped to accommodate your culinary habits and experimentation with local products and recipes. The spacious living room is especially inviting, with beautiful furniture and plenty of space for you to use as you please. In each bedroom there is a flat screen TV with satellite channels and free Wi-Fi throughout the house. The outdoor area of the house is a highlight in itself. You'll enjoy your time by the private swimming pool, as the terrace is fully equipped with sun loungers and parasols. Outdoor seating includes the terrace and a lovely veranda with outdoor barbecue and dining table overlooking the enchanting Kiotari beach.

Located in the most elegant part of the island, Villa Sea La Vie is only 18 km from the famous archaeological site in Lindos and 58 km from Rhodes city center and the Old Town (declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site). In the surrounding area there is a good selection of small traditional taverns, restaurants and cafes. Near the villa you will also find some supermarkets and stores. The center is 1 km or 15 minutes walk away and offers locals and visitors a variety of tourist stores, cafes, bars, pharmacy and health center and dentistry.

Terms of payment
A deposit of 30% of the total rental cost is due immediately to confirm the booking. Payment of the remaining 70% of the rental cost is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
If a guest cancels up to 60 days prior to arrival, 0% of the total rental cost will be charged as a cancellation fee. If a reservation is cancelled less than 60 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total rental cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
