In 2016, the villa was lavishly renovated to a high standard and completely refurnished. From the generous infinity pool, the pool terraces and the shady pool house you can enjoy the view over the azure blue sea. The exclusive Villa Elafina is situated on a top slope with a panoramic sea view and consists of a main house on two levels and a beautiful separate guest house, which was used as a watchtower in Byzantine times. The layout offers plenty of privacy among the guests. Nevertheless, all areas can be easily reached.

On the ground floor of the main house there is a spacious, comfortably equipped kitchen with dining area, which leads directly into the salon with fireplace. In addition, on the ground floor there is a bedroom (sea view) with a double bed 2.0 m x 2.0 m and an en-suite master bathroom with freestanding bathtub, shower and toilet as well as a guest toilet with washing machine and tumble dryer.

On the 1st floor, which is connected to the ground floor by internal and external stairs, there is another spacious bedroom (sea view) with a double bed 2.0 m x 2.0 m and an en-suite bathroom. A Jacuzzi is integrated into the roof terrace, which can be reached directly from this bedroom and also via an outside staircase and can accommodate up to 6 people. From both bedrooms on the ground floor and on the 1st floor as well as from the kitchen and the lounge you have direct access to the spacious house terraces shaded by pergolas, the barbecue terrace and the sunny pool terrace with shady pool house. From comfortable bricked benches with soft cushions you can look out over the beautiful coastline with Cape Lindos and the deep blue sea.

The heated Infinitiy pool in front of the house is 10 m x 4 m and 1.4 m deep and offers atmospheric night lighting.

The elaborately restored and listed guest house consists of a kitchenette, a bedroom (sea view) with double bed 1.6 m x 2.0 m and a bathroom. The sunny patio with barbecue terrace is directly accessible from the bedroom and the kitchenette. It is connected by stairs to the pool terrace on a lower level. A splashing fountain made of old field stones was integrated into the masonry of the guest house.

Relax on the spacious pool terraces, have your private candlelight dinner after a long swim in the pool and relax after sunset in the bubbling Jacuzzi on the roof terrace under the sparkling starry sky of the Southern Aegean.

Villa Elafina is located in the particularly charming and picturesque south of the Greek island of Rhodes, just 2.7 kilometres outside the artists' village of Lachania, which is one of the most beautiful and authentic villages on the island and where the nearest taverns and supermarkets are located. The nearest beach is the kilometre-long Gennadi Beach, which awaits your exploration at a distance of 2.7 kilometres.

In the immediate vicinity of the villa there is a very varied coastal landscape with numerous sandy and pebble beaches, some of them are several kilometres long, not even crowded in midsummer, and lonely bays with crystal clear water. Several water sports centres along the coast offer all kinds of water sports and can be reached quickly by car. For hiking and mountain biking the south is also an ideal terrain. You can start directly from the villa. The combination of beautiful beaches, unspoilt mountain landscapes with pine forests and canyons, dreamy villages with traditional taverns and a rich culture predestines the south to be a dream holiday destination.

The coolest beach bar on the island, the legendary Mojito Beach Bar, is located 2 kilometers away from the villa on the endless beach of Gennadi (Caribbean feeling with reggae sound, cocktails and grill). Plimmiri is home to the island's most famous fish tavern with its own small fishing port and crescent-shaped sandy beach. Here the freshly caught squids hang over the clothesline to dry, you sit on blue wooden chairs and enjoy the view of the azure blue sea.

In about 20 minutes by car you will reach the peninsula Prassonissi at the southern tip of the island, one of the world's best wind and kitesurfing paradises.

The small town of Lindos (the "white town"), which is located in the south of the island and is completely under monumental protection, is just under 30 kilometres away from the villa. On the mountain the Acropolis with the temple of Athena Lindia and the view into the bay of the Apostle Paul. Lindos is also known for its many excellent restaurants.
