The modern Villa Theros with 90 sqm and private pool is located directly on the beach and offers comfortable accommodation for up to four people and good sea views.
It consists of an open ground floor with a nice sitting area, a fully equipped kitchen (large oven, large fridge, kettle, espresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, toaster), two large bedrooms with king-size beds and a spacious bathroom with shower. The modern furniture has been carefully selected to reflect the peaceful yet pleasant atmosphere of the island. An extra bed can be placed in the spacious living area for the possible fifth guest.
The outdoor facilities invite you to enjoy this perfect environment around a 17 sqm large and 1.20 - 1.40 m deep private pool. This wonderful refuge in the best location awaits you and will inspire you. The swimming pool offers the possibility of refreshment as well as the beach in front of it with crystal clear sea water. A beautiful private terrace will give you priceless moments of secluded relaxation.
A basket of fresh fruit and a bottle of selected wine is offered on arrival and in addition cleaning every 3 days, free wifi, individual air conditioning, two Slim LED Edge TV with satellite reception, safe, hairdryer, makeup mirror, beach towels, baby cot on request, individual deck chairs and sitting area at the private pool.
For an additional fee can be offered on request: Wedding organization, massage, chauffeur, private chef, cooking classes, wine tasting, horseback riding, private tours, boat trips, organized hiking and mountain bike tours
About the location:
Villa Theros is situated only about 50 meters from the beach and offers a view of the Aegean Sea. The natural blue of the sky and the sea together form a canvas of natural wonders for your holiday. Lachania, which is considered one of the most picturesque villages on the island, is located about 2 kilometers from the villa and a little more inland, in the southern part of the island. Its postcard scenery, seclusion and tranquility give Lachania a charm all of its own. The village is easily accessible by car within a few minutes. It is 73 km from the city of Rhodes and 76 km from Diagoras International Airport. The nearest well-kept restaurant is only a two minute walk from the villa from the 2021 season onwards. Other restaurants are located in 2 kilometers and the nearest supermarket in 5 kilometers.

Rentals
The climate resilience tax of up to 10 euros per day applicable in Greece may have to be paid locally on arrival
Terms of payment
Non-refundable price: The total rental costs are due immediately upon booking.
Refundable Price: A deposit of 20% of the total rental cost is due immediately to confirm the booking. Payment of the remaining 60% of the rental fee is due 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation policy
Non-refundable price: No refund of rental costs in case of cancellation.
Refundable price: If a guest cancels within 30 days before arrival, 20% of the total rental cost will be retained. If a booking is cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total rental cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
