Lindos Beach Boutique Villa is a historic private villa built in 1929 and renovated in 2019 with modern and traditional aspects of Lindos culture.
A large private sunny courtyard, amazing views and a Jacuzzi are available in this tradition as well as a very beautiful villa. The sun rises over the sea and the bay, and you can feel the breeze of the Mediterranean and the Aegean Sea every morning.
The villa has two bedrooms with comfortable mattresses (1.60 m x 2.00 m Cocomat) and Cocomat pillows. Each of the rooms includes air conditioning, a 40-inch TV with 100 satellite channels, and Netflix. There is also a laptop-size safe and free Wi-Fi, a sitting area, a large refrigerator, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, a washing machine and a private bathroom.
Visitors will find a welcome pack on arrival containing breakfast items such as eggs, cheese, jam, milk, butter and fruit, including a bottle of wine and water. Cleaning and change of bed linen and towels are provided three times a week or more if needed. It is ideal for families, couples, groups of friends and honeymooners.

The villa is located in the eastern part, in the heart of Lindos village below the Lyndian Acropolis, just 3 minutes walk to the main beach and the village center and very close to the supermarkets and restaurants.
Lindos is famous for its Acropolis, which has monumental gates dating back to the 4th century and reliefs dating back to around 280 BC. The temple of Athena Lindia is located above an earlier temple. On the lower level of the site is the castle of the Knights of St. John from the 14th century. and among the whitewashed buildings of the town is the church of the Virgin Mary of Lindos with frescoes from the 15th century. The village of Lindos is located about 50 km south of the city of Rhodes and is a popular tourist and vacation destination with its beautiful beaches. Lindos is located in a large bay overlooking the fishing village and the small resort of Charaki.

Terms of payment
Payment of 50% of the rental cost is due 42 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation conditions
If a guest cancels up to 42 days prior to arrival, no cancellation fees will apply. If a reservation is cancelled less than 42 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total rental cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Einzigartige, wunderschöne Unterkunft
Wir haben im Oktober 6 Nächte in der Lindos Boutique Beach Villa verbracht, als Familie mit zwei Kindern. Es war alles wunderbar, begonnen schon mit der Ankunft, dem persönlichen Empfang, dem gefüllten Kühlschrank. Die äusserst individuelle, traditionelle und schön restaurierte Unterkunft mitten im Bilderbuch-Dorf Lindos bietet alles für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Der Strand ist nahe, Cafés und Restaurants sind in wenigen Schritten erreichbar. Aber am meisten genossen wir es, abends, nachdem alle Tagestouristen abgereist waren, auf der ruhigen Terrasse zu sitzen und auf das Meer hinabzublicken.
