The living room opens onto a spacious balcony with breathtaking sea views, furnished with a table and chairs for al fresco dining and enjoying the panoramic views. Quiet and peaceful, but only twenty minutes from the island's capital.

Each of the two villas, one blue and one pink, has a private eco-pool (6 x 4m) and is just a four-minute walk from Agia Paraskevi beach, where there is also a taverna.

The villas are just a four-minute walk from the beach in Agia Paraskevi, often referred to as one of Samos' best-kept secrets. Quiet, peaceful and only twenty minutes from Vathi, the island's capital.

If you prefer something a little livelier, you can visit the famous Livadaki beach, just 2 km away. With a snack bar, sandy beach, water sports facilities and volleyball courts, Livadaki is a great place to party or just relax.

If you want to explore the island or go shopping, a car is necessary.
