The living room leads directly to a large furnished veranda, which offers panoramic views of the surrounding gardens and the Aegean Sea.
The private pool, exclusively for your use, is waiting for you. The spacious green area around the villa offers you privacy and serenity.
Yellow Villa, suitable for up to 4 guests, is air-conditioned, has free Wi-Fi and cable TV and offers covered private parking.

Rentals
The climate resilience tax of up to 10 euros per day applicable in Greece may have to be paid locally on arrival
Terms of payment
A deposit of 30% of the total rental cost is due immediately to confirm the booking. Payment of the remaining 70% of the rental cost is due upon arrival.
Cancellation policy
If a guest cancels up to 30 days prior to arrival, no cancellation fees are due. If a reservation is cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total rental cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
