On the quiet and secluded lush peninsula from which the name Marnei Mare is derived, there are three beautiful private villas and a reception cottage set in a 40,000 sqm orchard that stretches from a lush pine forest down to the crystal clear Aegean Sea.

The property can accommodate up to 20 people in all three villas together. The communal areas are ideal for large or small groups, but also for those seeking solitude and reflection. The pool area, complete with sun deck, is available privately for guests of the three villas.

Villa Nikolaos has a comfortable master bedroom upstairs with king-size bed and en-suite bathroom. On the ground floor are the two remaining bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom, one of which contains a king-size bed and the second two single beds that can also be arranged as a double bed. All three villas each have a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living and dining room and a varied terrace area. The villas are decorated with the natural colour palette of the surroundings and professionally furnished with international furniture and flair. The rooms offer magnificent views of the mountains and the sea. The bedding is of the highest quality and cosmetics are provided. The stucco work of the villas is inspired by the deep volcanic colours of the earth and the pebbles of the nearby beaches, while the traditional dry stone walls have been built by skilled local stonemasons, placing the complex in perfect harmony with the natural surroundings.

The property consists of three villas (Villa Stelios in the centre and Villa Nikolas and Villa Katerina to the left and right), a swimming pool (10 m long, 1.10 - 2.10 m deep) and a charming reception cottage, all set on a picturesque peninsula by the sea, surrounded by beautiful natural vegetation and lovingly tended gardens. The north-western coastal location provides a fresh, invigorating sea breeze even in the hottest summer months. The only sounds carried onto the property by the wind are those of nature and the sea.

Stone steps lead down to two separate bays, each offering idyllic privacy for sunbathing and swimming. The villas are surrounded by 14 hectares of olive groves and beds of organic vegetables, which our guests can use throughout their stay. Near the villas is the landlord's family's small farm where sheep, geese and chickens live happily; children in particular will love visiting the animals and guests are welcome to start the day by gathering fresh eggs for breakfast.

In the evenings you can sit back and enjoy the glorious beauty of a postcard-perfect sunset, unroll your mat and do some yoga exercises, breathe in the tranquillity of the moment while meditating, or simply sip an iced sweet Sami wine while relaxing in the privacy of your villa's private terrace, at the pool bar or on the deck overlooking the Ikar Sea.
