The stylish villa enjoys a quiet location on the outskirts of the village of Exa Gonia, where a number of restaurants can be found. A supermarket is about 1.7 km away.
The traditional village of Pyrgos, worth visiting, with its narrow streets, can be reached in 2 km, as well as the lively town of Fira in 7 km. The beach of Kamari is 4 km away.

Rentals
The climate resilience tax of up to 10 euros per day applicable in Greece may have to be paid locally on arrival
Terms of payment
A deposit of 30% of the total rental cost is due immediately to confirm the booking. Payment of the remaining 70% of the rental cost is due on arrival.
Cancellation policy
If a guest cancels up to 60 days prior to arrival, 30% of the total rental cost will be charged. If a booking is cancelled less than 60 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total rental cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
