Minimalistically decorated, with natural materials and handcrafted furniture, Ioli Anastasia lets the extraordinary scenery play the main role with its special design.
Villa Ioli-Anastasia consists of two units, Villa Ioli and Villa Anastasia. A connecting door is opened to let the two villas become one unit. Thus, there are two living rooms, each with a kitchenette, and two bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom complete with a bathtub or walk-in shower. The private infinity pool with a sun terrace is thus only available to the guests of Villa Ioli-Anastasia.
The terrace of the villa is ideal to rest and relax during the hot summer days. It has a swimming pool with hydro-massage, a nice dining area and comfortable sunbeds overlooking the magnificent caldera and the great volcano.
The glowing Santorini sunset is a must-see from the terrace of Ioli-Anastasia. Brilliant shades of orange and purple mingle on the horizon and are reflected in the crystal clear waters of the caldera. While relaxing with a glass of local wine or taking a dip in the infinity pool, the captivating, unsurpassed panorama will leave you spellbound.

Villa Ioli Anastasia is located in the village of Firostefani, the most beautiful secret of Santorini's caldera, directly opposite the island's volcano. Just a few steps away from Firostefani's central square, Villa Ioli Anastasia exudes a relaxing, intimate and romantic ambiance that harmoniously combines with the enchanting view of the volcano and the deep blue Aegean Sea. The famous coastal town of Thira can be reached on foot after about 1000 meters.

Non-refundable price: The total rental cost is due immediately upon booking.
Refundable price: A deposit of the total rental cost is due 7, 14 or 21 days before arrival to confirm the booking.
Cancellation policy low season
Non-refundable price: No refund of rental costs in case of cancellation.
Refundable Price: If a guest cancels up to 8 days prior to arrival, no cancellation fees are due. If a reservation is cancelled less than 8 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total rental cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Cancellation policy peak season
Non-refundable price: No refund of rental costs in case of cancellation.
Refundable Price: If a guest cancels up to 15/22 days prior to arrival, no cancellation fees will apply. If a reservation is cancelled between 14/21 and 8 days, 50% of the total rental cost will be charged as cancellation fees. If cancellations are made less than 78days prior to arrival, 100% of the total rental cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
