This century-old neoclassical villa, originally a captain's house, was designed by the famous Greek decorator Aggelos Aggelopoulos. Incorporating the customary Cycladic color scheme, he has given the villa an authentic, modern feel that reflects the culture that 19th-century ship owners brought with them from their voyages abroad to Santorini.
In the charming living room, original tile floors, a chandelier, and hand-decorated ceilings define the neoclassical style, while modern art provides unique color accents. Antique furniture provides lounge opportunities to enjoy a glass of Santorini wine. A 49-inch LCD TV with satellite channels, premium Wi-Fi access, and individually controlled air conditioning ensure all modern needs are met.
A fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator invites guests to share a meal at the dining table. Look forward to a champagne breakfast (Full American Breakfast) served at the villa, at the time and place guests prefer. Private dining is offered in the villa's spacious living room, on the terrace, or on the patio overlooking the swimming pool.
Three tranquil bedrooms accommodate white linens on Luxury Collection beds (2x king-size, 1x queen-size), offset by curved modern white lamps and other refined details along with a 25-inch flat-screen TV. Each bedroom features a skillfully poured concrete en-suite bathroom equipped with either a bathtub or rain shower. Enjoy KORRES bath products, plush bathrobes and slippers. Hair dryers and makeup mirrors are also provided.
Outside, the exceptional villa grounds offer 200 square meters of private terraces and verandas. A private pool is located on the terrace and an open-air Jacuzzi in the courtyard.

Villa Vedema Presidential is located in the village of Megalochori only about 4 km from the port of Santorini and 7 km from the airport. The famous village of Oia is 15 km away and the charismatic old town of Thira can be reached in only 5 km and the worth seeing village of Pyrgos with its narrow streets in only 3 km. Restaurants and taverns are only about 80 m from the villa.

Terms of payment
Non-refundable price: The total rental cost is due immediately upon booking.
Refundable price: A deposit of the total rental cost is due 7, 14 or 21 days before arrival to confirm the booking. Payment of the remaining 70% of the rental cost is due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Cancellation policy low season
Non-refundable price: No refund of rental costs in case of cancellation.
Refundable Price: If a guest cancels up to 8 days prior to arrival, no cancellation fees are due. If a reservation is cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total rental cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Cancellation policy peak season
Non-refundable price: No refund of rental costs in case of cancellation.
Refundable Price: If a guest cancels up to 15/22 days prior to arrival, no cancellation fees will apply. If a reservation is cancelled between 14/21 and 8 days, 50% of the total rental cost will be charged as cancellation fees. If cancellations are made less than 7 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total rental cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
