Villa Calliopi combines authentic traditional Cycladic architecture with contemporary elements to create the ultimate designer experience. It consists of a master bedroom with king-size bed, a rock-cut en-suite bathroom, a living room with a sofa bed that can accommodate up to 2 people, another separate bathroom, a bedroom with a single bed under the roof and a fully equipped kitchen.
Both bedrooms are furnished in the typical style of Santorini and have vaulted ceilings. The available kitchenette has a small oven and dining area in front of it. The living area is equipped with a satellite TV and a DVD player. A spacious as well as furnished terrace with a Jacuzzi as well as views of the volcano and caldera is in front. Free toiletries, bathrobe and slippers are provided in the bathrooms. The air-conditioned self-catering apartment offers free WiFi throughout.
The traditional house is ideal for a couple or a family and offers unforgettable relaxing and romantic moments. The unique views of the cliff, the beautiful sunsets as well as the village of Oia will be unforgettable.

The property is located in the middle of the famous town of Oia and only 10 km from the no less famous town of Thira. Well-known beaches such as Baxedes Beach, which can be found at a distance of 2 km, and Perivolos Beach, which is 20 km away, are easily accessible. Thira Airport (JTR) is located at a distance of 17 km, while the port is 20 km away. Restaurants and stores are within a few minutes' walk.
An airport shuttle can be arranged for a fee. Free public parking is possible nearby.

Terms of payment
Non-refundable price: The total rental cost is due immediately upon booking.
Refundable price: A deposit of 30% of the total rental cost is due immediately to confirm the booking. Payment of the remaining 70% of the rental cost is due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Cancellation policy
Non-refundable price: No refund of rental costs in case of cancellation.
Refundable Price: If a guest cancels up to 6 weeks prior to arrival, 30% of the total rental cost will be retained. If a reservation is canceled less than 6 weeks prior to arrival, 100% of the total rental cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
