The landscape and surroundings of the houses are of particular natural beauty. When you enter the property, you will find a large entrance made of natural stone, which leads to a private parking area and the large green olive garden with old wide trunk olive trees, which are about 300 years old.

There are two Olivia Villas on the property, but each of them has a private swimming pool (40 sqm) as well as a private garden, are independent of each other and therefore private for up to 6 guests each.

Villa Olivia 1 has on the upper level of the hillside house a tasteful living room, a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances including oven, large refrigerator, microwave and large dining table for 6 people. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms are located on the lower level of the hillside house, just in front of the private swimming pool and garden. A master bedroom with a queen-size bed and modern en-suite bathroom with shower is offered there, as well as two other more modest bedrooms, one with two single beds that can also be joined to form a queen-size bed and one with a queen-size bed. As a night's rest is a high priority for all our guests, the bedrooms combine ecological orthopedic mattresses with luxurious bedding and a selection of pillows for ultimate relaxation and a perfect night's rest. These two bedrooms share a stylish family bathroom with mosaic tiles, an additional special plaster finish and a bathtub. An additional roof terrace for extensive sunbathing is available for Villa 1 guests.

The elegant terrace at the front of the house provides a perfect place for any visitor to enjoy their meals or drinks in Villa Olivia 1. In Villa Olivia 2, the terrace is directly connected to the infinity pool and an area shaded by a pergola with sun loungers for moments of relaxation. A private courtyard of 2,000 square meters covered with grass and colorful flower beds, two private pools of 40 square meters each, shaded lounge areas under a pergola and sun loungers. In an atmospheric corner of each villa, there is a barbecue area, accessible directly from the kitchen, and a large dining table overlooking the Aegean Sea.

The symphony of colors of the sea and sky changes throughout the day, coming to its peak at sunset, provides a unique and luxurious relaxing shelter. The lounge area is very romantic, especially at night, when by candlelight, enjoy unlimited views from every corner. Finally, the presence of an old traditional Skiathos farmhouse on the premises, built in the late 19th century, arouses the visitor's interest in the traditional architecture and history of Skiathos. Therefore, the owners decided to preserve and renovate it - keeping its traditional architecture - so that when completed, it will form an additional unit to the two stone villas.

The two Olivia Villas can be rented individually or combined for larger groups up to 12 people.

The villa is located in a rural area with olive trees and other green plantations. It is a 6 minutes drive from Skiathos center to the port and the international airport. Also, in only 10 minutes drive you can reach the famous religious monument, Evagelistria Monastery and the beaches in the north of the island, Xanemos and Lehouni. 20 minutes drive will take you to the world-famous beach of Koukounaries and 2 minutes drive to two of the most famous restaurants of Skiathos.
