Villa Iliana is located in Skiathos Island in "Kalivia" area, in an olive grove valley with many terraces and stunning sea and sunrise views.
The villa is built on a slope and offers 3 bedrooms on the lower level, two of which are equipped with a king size double bed and the third with 2 single beds (0.90m x 2.00m). Furthermore, there are two bathrooms with toilet and shower on this level. One of the double bedrooms has its own bathroom and the other two bedrooms share a bathroom. On the bedroom level is the private pool.
The upper level of this lovely villa has a living room with an open living loft and a fully equipped kitchen. A guest toilet is also available on this floor. In front of the main entrance is the terrace with barbecue and covered dining table, from which there is a fantastic view of the sea. Up the stairs you will reach your own large private pool (8m x 5m) with sun loungers and parasols for your relaxing moments on Skiathos island. Surely you will enjoy the lavish barbecue and dining area additionally by the beautiful colours of the Greek sea behind at any time of the day....

Popular beaches near Villa Iliana are Glyfoneri beach and Megas Gialos beach which are about 1 km from the villa. The nearest taverna can be found in only about 350 m. The villa is less than 3 km from Skiathos town with all amenities, shopping, cafes and restaurants.
You should also not miss visiting Skiathos Castle, which is well worth a visit.

Rentals
The climate resilience tax of up to 10 euros per day applicable in Greece may have to be paid locally on arrival
Terms of payment
A deposit of 30% of the total rental cost is due immediately to confirm the booking. Payment of the remaining 70% of the rental cost is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation policy
If a guest cancels up to 60 days prior to arrival, no cancellation fees are due. If a booking is cancelled less than 60 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total rental cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
