The complexes are 50m apart and are an ideal choice if you are several families traveling together or if you are inviting your friends and family to celebrate a special occasion. The villas of each complex have the same type of bedrooms and facilities. Finally, each of the 6 villas has a private swimming pool (24.5 sqm) with stunning sea views.

The Atrium Villas were built in dialogue with the surrounding nature. The use of natural materials and soft tones combined with a gentle movement through indoor and outdoor spaces create a truly relaxing living experience.

3 bedroom atrium villa is distributed over 3 levels and consists of one building. The villa has a fully equipped and modern kitchen and a tasteful living room with a functional passage between the two outdoor areas, the atrium and the pool area. A magnificent ensuite master bedroom with stunning sea views is on the main level whilst another spacious ensuite master bedroom is on the ground floor with lovely garden and sea views. Finally, 1 cozy junior bedroom (loft style) with en-suite bathroom is located above the living room.

Atrium Villas are located in the evergreen Kechria area, rich in hiking trails and miniature churches nearby. The villas overlook the sandy beaches of Skiathos and the Pelion coast, offering unforgettable panoramic views and the most romantic sunsets on the island.

Kechria Beach is just 3.5 km from the villas and the historic Kastro, which is well worth seeing, is also 3.5 km away. The town of Skiathos with its port is at a distance of 6 km and a health center at 5 km.

The climate resilience tax of up to 10 euros per day applicable in Greece may have to be paid locally on arrival

Terms of payment

A deposit of 30% of the total rental cost is due immediately to confirm the booking. Payment of the remaining 70% of the rental cost is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation conditions

If a guest cancels by December 31, 2022, no cancellation fees are due. After that, 30% of the total rental costs are due as cancellation fees. If a booking is canceled less than 30 days before arrival, 100% of the total rental cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
