OHLIVE Villa I is one of three brand new (2022) unique villas that offer absolute privacy while overlooking the ravishing beauty of the surrounding area.  As you bathe in the sophisticated luxury designed by HHH Architects, one of the country's top architectural firms, you will be dazzled by the stunning backdrop of the sea and the Mandraki nature reserve.
Ohlive Villa can accommodate up to eight guests. Apart from the spectacular location, we offer all the amenities that will allow you to fully indulge in an intimate experience that is designed to captivate you.
All three villas blend perfectly into the magnificent olive grove, which has been restored to its former glory thanks to this project.
Consisting of several pavilions connected by covered terraces, you will find it hard to resist the temptation to simply stroll from one place to another, from one room to another, while your imagination drifts off to all that the island has to offer.
Inside, the interplay between the flow of nature and the sophistication of superb design is repeated. Large sliding windows reveal a spacious living room with a phenomenal open kitchen. A practical storage area and laundry room ensure that even large families can easily accommodate all their belongings. Four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms give you the space to relax even more and in the master bedroom you can watch the sunset from the top floor.

The villa's four bedrooms, each with double bed and en-suite bathroom, offer high sleeping comfort and are divided as follows: One bedroom (master bedroom) is located on the ground floor, which is also the level of the well-being living room with kitchen and the private outdoor pool. Another bedroom (Master-Bedroom) is located on the upper floor with balcony and view to the sea and again two more bedrooms (Junior-Bedroom) are located on the lower floor of the villa.

Bed sizes: 2x Master-Bedroom 1,80xm x 2,00 m; 2x Junior-Bedroom 0,90 m x 2,00 m (the two single beds can be placed as a double bed).

This is by far one of the most idyllic places the island has to offer. The Greeks tend to live outdoors as much as possible, which is why the outdoor area also offers many special details that are integrated into the complete programme of Ohlive Villas, thus further enhancing the villa's feel-good character.

The villas are located at 1000 m from the sandy beach Kechria and 1200 m from the sandy beach Ligaries, where you can also find a taverna. Furthermore Skiathos town is 20 minutes away with various shopping facilities as well as restaurants and the airport is 25 minutes drive away.

It is recommended to rent a 4x4 car to reach the villa more comfortably.
