Rentals
The climate resilience tax of up to 10 euros per day applicable in Greece may have to be paid locally on arrival
Terms of payment
A deposit of 50% of the total rental cost is due immediately to confirm the booking. Payment of the remaining 50% of the rental cost is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation policy
If a guest cancels up to 60 days prior to arrival, no cancellation fees will apply. If a reservation is cancelled between 60 and 45 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total rental cost will be charged as a cancellation fee. If a cancellation is made less than 45 days prior to arrival, then 100% of the rental cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
