Villa Irini features three en-suite bedrooms and comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests (6 adults and 2 children); two of the bedrooms are equipped with double beds and a sofa bed (convertible into a single bed with a Coco-Mat mattress), while the living room houses a four-meter-long sofa featuring Coco-Mat mattresses.

The interior is simple yet chic, bright, and spacious, offering 189 square meters of open-plan living area. Inside this luxurious yet minimalist space, you will find a cozy living room and a top-of-the-line, fully equipped kitchen—ideal for preparing delicious meals. A shaded terrace features a dining table, creating the perfect setting for al fresco dining, while large panoramic windows offer sweeping views of the outdoors.

The ground-floor bedroom features a double bed and a sofa bed perfect for a young guest. Offering beautiful garden views and direct access to the pool and terrace, this bedroom also boasts a private outdoor bathtub. A guest WC is also located on the ground floor. The two spacious first-floor bedrooms feature double beds, en-suite bathrooms, and a furnished terrace with sofas—an ideal spot for relaxing moments while enjoying beautiful sea views. One of the first-floor bedrooms is also equipped with a sofa bed. All rooms are fully equipped with Coco-Mat beds, Atlas mattresses, Iviskos mattress pads, and Kyriaki toppers (high-quality Greek natural mattresses and sleep products).

Sun loungers are available by the private swimming pool (5 m x 15 m). The villa also features an alarm system to ensure guest safety.
