Located on a quiet hill overlooking the village on Keri Lake and Keri Beach, Avra Luxury Villa is an elegant villa with a private swimming pool (10 m x 5 m, heatable with extra charge), a beautiful example of style intertwined with the natural elements of the island of Zakynthos and its traditional architecture. The location allows great privacy while being in close proximity to the enchanting beach of Lake Keri and within a reasonable distance from the town of Zante and the major attractions of the island. The villa's three bedrooms are each furnished with double beds (1.60 m x 2.00 m), two of which have en-suite bathrooms. The chic villa is designed to be barrier-free.

The beautiful Avra villa is located in the village of Keri Lake, on a 1500 sqm plot, on the southwest coast of Zakynthos island. Quiet and green, with a beautiful beach and crystal clear waters, this area promises a relaxing vacation. It is located on a hill, just a few minutes from the traditional resort of Keri Lake and 5 minutes from the beach with water sports facilities. A footpath takes you there in 15 minutes. The center of Limni Keri, where you can find taverns, stores, mini markets, and cafes, is only 2 kilometers away.

There are traditional taverns serving local delicacies as well as fresh fish caught daily by fishermen. The small harbor, the mountains in the background, and the island of Marathonisi, also known as Turtle Island, where the endangered Caretta Caretta turtle lays its eggs, create a natural environment full of beauty and tranquility.

There are many activities available, such as renting a boat to visit the island and the famous Keri Caves, visiting the lighthouse to admire the extraordinary sunset, scuba diving, and long walks or hikes in the nearby mountains.
