Artina Luxury Villa is a very special holiday home, situated on a 21 hectare private property and elevated plateau, from where the typical limestone rocks reach down to the Ionian Sea. The luxurious villa offers up to 8 guests a special place for a perfect holiday.

The living room with its special design in earthy tones offers, in addition to the inviting feel-good ambience, a fully equipped kitchen with all facilities and a large dining area. On the same floor are the three large and comfortable bedrooms which offer a high sleeping comfort. Two of the bedrooms (each with a double bed of 1.5 m x 2.0 m) have an en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom has two comfortable single beds of 0.9 m x 2.0 m each. An extra bathroom is available for this bedroom. For two guests there is enough space in the living room on two sofa beds if more than six people travel together.

A 42-inch plasma satellite TV with CD-DVD player and Playstation is available for the living room and 32-inch plasma satellite TV in each of the bedrooms of the villa. Air conditioning (cold/heat) and free Wi-Fi internet access are available in all areas.

The villa has many room-high windows leading to spacious verandas and to the pool area and garden, which offer unobstructed views of the endless blue sea and the majestic mountains in the area.

The outdoor area offers a Mediterranean garden with a private infinity pool (16.5 m x 5.5 m large; 0.25 m - 1.60 m deep) with hydromassage for undisturbed and relaxing times of enjoyment. Additionally, a BBQ with covered dining area and an outdoor bar are available for pleasurable and convivial hours in a private atmosphere.

About the location:

The luxurious villa is located in one of the most privileged places in the picturesque village of Keri, Zakynthos. It was built on a hill overlooking the Ionian Sea, Marathonisi Island and the Gulf of Keri.

The beach below Artina can be reached in a few minutes by a private footpath next to the villa. The center of Limni Keri, where you can find taverns, shops, mini markets and cafes, is only 2 kilometers away.

Rent a motor boat to visit Marathonissi (the turtle island) and enjoy the beautiful clear blue water over the white sand. If you're lucky, you might even get a glimpse of the endangered Caretta Caretta turtles, which are on their way to lay their eggs in these waters during the summer months. The braver ones can try scuba diving and admire the wonderful world under the sea. A boat trip to the world-famous Navagio beach (Shipwreck Bay or Smuggler's Wreck), which is about 16 kilometres away, and to visit the Blue Caves (42 kilometres away), which are well worth seeing, is certainly recommended.

Besides many natural beauties you will find Zakynthos town only 16 kilometers away, which is certainly worth a visit.
