The villa is built of traditional solid brick, which is allowed to work its warm look in most of the exterior and interior areas, giving the property a rustic and special feel-good ambiance. The stylish living room with adjacent dining room and modern kitchen, provide plenty of space for communal cooking, dining and enjoyment.
Plush seating and luxurious furnishings add an elegant touch, while expansive terraces and outdoor lounge/dining areas ensure the ultimate indoor/outdoor living.

Villa Ionica is a full-service villa with staff (three): an optional private chef - for an extra charge, a daily housekeeper and a gardener/pool assistant who will do their best to meet any special needs or requests you may have. The villa manager is available to assist guests with any special requests e.g. for boat/tour/restaurant reservations.... to assist.

Between April and October, the pool is heated as needed at no extra charge to provide a more comfortable water temperature for swimming. In the rare event of inclement weather or heat pump failure resulting in a water temperature that is too low, no compensation will be provided. Between November and March, pool heating is optional and will be charged extra.

Villa Ionica is located in a prime location on a hill, in the middle of the east coast of Corfu island, only 1.5 and 3 kilometers from the coastal towns of Kontokali and Gouvia. Access is very easy as it is only 3 minutes away from the main road.

Corfu's majestic old town with its Venetian fortresses, English Palace and picturesque streets and alleys with dozens of restaurants, cafes, bars and boutiques, can be reached in 10-15 minutes' drive.
The best sandy beaches of the island such as Glyfada can be reached in 20 minutes. The same goes for the pebble beaches like Barbati and Nissaki on the east coast. Numerous restaurants and five-star hotels with à la carte restaurants are within 2-5 km and Corfu's main nightclub district is 5 km away. Within 2-5 km there are more than six water sports clubs offering water skiing, wakeboarding, parasailing, ringos, bananas and other toys, including jet skis.
The beautiful bays of Paleokastritsa with the caves and the paradise beach are 25 min away, as well as the famous palace Achillion of the empress "Sissi". The Kapodistrias Museum, country residence of the first governor of Greece, is even within walking distance. The farthest part of the island, either north or south, can be reached in a maximum of one hour's drive. The golf club of Corfu can be found at a distance of 10 km.
