Villa Skyline is located in an exclusive private estate (8111 sqm) and has been designed to provide a fabulous island retreat, complete with stunning 180⁰ sea views. A fenced, as well as heated L-shaped swimming pool (13m x 5.5-8.5m, depth 1.2-2.9m) and lush gardens with mature trees such as olives, cypresses, oranges, lemons, kumquats, limes, figs, mulberries, loquats, yuka, palms, frangipani, hardy bananas and many flowers such as bougainvillea, lilacs and roses, are at your disposal.

Upholstered seating and designer furniture in the living and sleeping areas add an elegant touch while sliding doors and high ceilings combined with expansive terraces and outdoor lounge/dining areas guarantee the ultimate indoor-outdoor living. There is, of course, a fully equipped, functional kitchen.

Twin/King bedroom: garden view, twin beds or king-size bed on request with luxury white linens, air conditioning, smart satellite TV, private bathroom with walk-in rain shower, luxury towels and bathrobes, luxury toiletries. Adjacent to the bedroom is another bathroom with a shower. This bedroom is located on the lower first floor and is ideal for a young couple seeking privacy or teenagers returning after a long night.

Between April and October, the pool is heated as needed, at no extra charge, to provide a more comfortable water temperature for swimming. Depending on weather conditions, the latter may still be on the cooler side for some people. In the rare case of inclement weather or heat pump failure resulting in a water temperature that is too low, no compensation will be provided. Between November and March, pool heating is optional and will be charged extra.

Villa Skyline is located in a prime location on a hill, in the middle of the east coast of Corfu island, only 1.5 and 3 kilometers from the coastal towns of Kontokali and Gouvia. Access is very easy as it is only 3 minutes away from the main road.

Corfu's majestic old town with its Venetian fortresses, English Palace and picturesque streets and alleys with dozens of restaurants, cafes, bars and boutiques, can be reached in 10-15 minutes' drive.
The best sandy beaches of the island such as Glyfada can be reached in 20 minutes. The same goes for the pebble beaches like Barbati and Nissaki on the east coast. Numerous restaurants and five-star hotels with à la carte restaurants are within 2-5 km and Corfu's main nightclub district is 5 km away. Within 2-5 km, there are more than six water sports clubs offering water skiing, wakeboarding, parasailing, ringos, bananas and other toys, including jet skis.
The beautiful bays of Paleokastritsa with the caves and the paradise beach are 25 min away, as well as the famous palace Achillion of the empress "Sissi". The Kapodistrias Museum, the country residence of the first governor of Greece, is even within walking distance. The farthest part of the island, either north or south, can be reached in a maximum of one hour's drive.
