A sleek, modern villa with stunning views, set over three floors and offering spacious indoor and outdoor areas with a lavish design. As you enter the villa, you enter a large living area with breathtaking views of the sea. The first-class amenities, lavish living room and dining area are also suitable for people with special needs. The villa is designed to feel like a true sanctuary, where natural materials meet modern design to create a calming atmosphere that is luxurious yet comfortable, with each room designed to incorporate the outside environment.

Very close to the living area is a high-gloss kitchen where cooking is anything but a chore and where you can enjoy a light breakfast as well as a gourmet dinner. On the same level, there is also a bedroom with a satellite smart TV and large windows that create the illusion of transparency. A dining room with seating for 6 people can also be found here.

The upper floor offers ultimate relaxation in two bedrooms with sea views waiting for you to sit back and enjoy after a long day of hiking in the area. Actea Seaview Villa is the ideal retreat to relax and refresh. From here you can explore the area, become part of the ultimate vacation experience and create lifelong memories.

On the lower floor you will find a large living area with a Smart satellite TV and Playstation 5 console, board games, a double bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a shared bathroom with shower. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The Actea Seaview Villa I is suitable for guests with reduced mobility. On request, the bedroom on the first floor with a single mattress measuring 0.80 x 2.00 can be converted into a bedroom for guests with reduced mobility. The bathroom on the same floor is already prepared for these guests. On request, which must be made at least 7 days in advance, a pool lift can be installed at the swimming pool.

Outdoor facilities:

The spacious outdoor area offers panoramic sea views to enjoy the early sunrises and beautiful sunsets. Enjoy the sun and a good book under the sun! For the lovers of cocktails and drinks, you can enjoy one right next to the dining area where you can relax and have some fun moments with your loved ones. Don't forget that there is a secure parking lot in front of the villa.

The swimming pool (42sqm, 1.50m deep) can be heated free of charge from March to the end of May and from September 15th to the end of November on request with a pool heat pump to approx. 26 - 27°C depending on weather conditions. We ask for 7 days advance notice for this facility.

The quick accessibility to the sea - within 800 meters - offers you the comfort to enjoy it under the Cretan sun. Due to the location of the complex, the last 300 meters to the complex is an unpaved road. We recommend the use of an off-road vehicle for easy access to the complex.
