Interior:

This gorgeous villa has spacious indoor and outdoor areas that can accommodate up to 8 guests. A modern design, living room and dining area on the first floor complete this oasis. On the entrance level is the open plan living area with a sitting area with satellite TV, a dining area and a fully equipped, modern kitchen for morning coffee or a croissant! After a busy day, you can also gather around the dining table for a delicious feast before treating yourself to a movie night. A bedroom invites you to make yourself comfortable while you rest up for the day. Upstairs you will find two modernly designed bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, offering complete autonomy and privacy.

Not to mention that there is air conditioning in all rooms! On the lower floor you will also find a large living area with satellite TV, a bedroom for two people, a fully equipped kitchen and a shared bathroom. Last but not least, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer will make your stay easier.

Outdoor facilities:

The best part of the residence is the refreshing private outdoor pool, where you can relax on the loungers next to the pool and enjoy the Cretan sun. For even more fun, you can play a table tennis match with your friends and then enjoy a glass of wine or a cocktail in the lounge area. The perfect location of the villa offers proximity to the sandy beach and crystal clear waters. A perfect place where residents can enjoy optimal living comfort and breathtaking views, with a private garden lawn and parking space for your cars.

Heated pool: The swimming pool (42sqm, 1.50m deep) can be heated free of charge from March to the end of May and from September 15 to the end of November on request with a pool heat pump to approx. 26 - 27°C depending on weather conditions. We ask for 7 days advance notice for this facility.

Actea Seaview Villa II is a unique villa with breathtaking sea views, located in one of the most famous areas of Crete in Falassarna during the summer season. The quick accessibility to the sea - within 800 meters - offers you the comfort of enjoying it under the Cretan sun. Due to the location of the complex, the last 300 meters to the complex is an unpaved road. We recommend the use of an off-road vehicle for easy access to the complex.
