Interior

Villa Cielo is a two-storey villa with three bedrooms, two of which are on the second floor, one with two single beds and a sea view, and another with a double bed. The third bedroom on the first floor has a king-size bed with a sea view. There is a shared WC with shower for all guests on the first floor and two bathrooms with shower on the second floor. Luxury and modern design complete the scenery of contemporary architecture and high-quality products. As you enter the villa on the first floor, you will find a spacious open plan area with a fully equipped modern kitchen, fitted with branded appliances and fixtures that will make cooking on vacation a pleasurable experience. The area is completed by a dining room and a living room with a large flat screen Smart TV with satellite channels and an energy fireplace. The large windows create the illusion of transparency and provide a seamless transition between the indoor and outdoor areas.

Outdoor facilities

The dominant part of the outdoor area is a heated swimming pool (30 sqm, up to 1.50 m deep, heated free of charge from September 15th to the end of November and from March to the end of May) with a children's area (1.50 sqm, 0.80 m deep) and a lounge area with sofas and a fire pit, the ideal place to relax while watching the magnificent sunset. Very close to the pool there is a dining table for relaxing moments for you and your family, a barbecue and sun loungers to enjoy the Cretan sun. Don't forget that there is a secure parking space in front of the villa.

Location:

Villa Cielo is located in Falassarna, the most popular destination in the prefecture of Chania during the summer season. The access to the sea -within 800 meters- offers you the comfort to enjoy the Cretan sea and the sun. The villa is located in a very idyllic place and nothing can disturb the magical view of the Cretan sea and the mountains. As the villa is located on a hill, the last 600 meters to the complex is an unpaved road. We recommend using an off-road vehicle to easily reach the complex. There are restaurants and mini-markets on the coast next to the beach.

Falassarna is 15 km from the next larger town of Kissamos, where you will find pharmacies and a wide range of shops. The picturesque port city of Chania with its charismatic old town is 50 km away and is certainly worth a visit.
