Interior
Villa Mare is a two-storey villa that can accommodate up to 6 guests and consists of three bedrooms, two of which are on the second floor, the other on the second. The bathrooms on the second floor are equipped with showers. There is a further bedroom on the first floor. Luxury and modern design complement the scenery of contemporary architecture and high-quality products. On the first floor there is a spacious open plan area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room with modern furniture and a large flat screen smart TV with satellite channels. The large doors open onto the veranda and pool area, creating a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living.

Outdoor facilities
The dominant part of the outdoor area is a large swimming pool with a safe area for children's swimming and a lounge area with sofas, ideal for relaxing while watching the magnificent sunset. Very close to this area is a dining table under a pergola next to the charcoal barbecue with sink, cupboards and a preparation area. Next to this area there are
comfortable sun loungers with parasols for luxurious relaxation by the pool. Spacious verandas and balconies are the best places to enjoy the sea views and fresh air. Don't forget that there is a secure parking lot in front of the villa with a charging station for electric cars.

The swimming pool (30 sqm, 1.40m deep) and the children's pool (1.50 sqm, 0.80m deep) can be heated free of charge on request from March to the end of May and from September 15 to the end of November. Villa Mare is located in Falassarna, the most popular destination in the prefecture of Chania during the summer season. The access to the sea -within 800 meters- offers you the comfort to enjoy the Cretan sea and the sun. The villa is located in a very idyllic place and nothing can disturb the magical view of the Cretan sea and the mountains. As the villa is located on a hill, the last 600 meters to the complex is an unpaved road. We recommend using an off-road vehicle to easily reach the complex. There are restaurants and mini-markets on the coast next to the beach.

Falassarna is 15 km from the next larger town of Kissamos, where you will find pharmacies and various shops. The picturesque harbor town of Chania with its charismatic old town is 50 km away and is certainly worth a visit.
