Villa Almyra Residence offers elegance and luxury on 200 sqm living space over 3 levels.
Upstairs there is a large master bedroom with a cantilevered double bed, spacious en-suite marble bathroom with Jacuzzi, separate toilet and access to a spacious and furnished balcony. Another bedroom offers two "Dux" twin beds (can be combined to "king-size") with an en-suite bathroom (shower, toilet, washbasin) and access to a spacious and furnished balcony. Downstairs there is a private bedroom with two "Dux" twin beds (can be combined to "king-size") with an en-suite bathroom (shower, toilet, washbasin) and access to the spacious balcony. From the bedroom there is access to a private garden area with magnificent sea views.
On the ground floor is an open, spacious and inviting living area with adjoining dining area for 8 persons, fully equipped kitchen and access to the terrace and pool area. The huge panoramic window of the living room creates an airy atmosphere and thus offers additional free space with gigantic views over the bay.
An additional covered lounge-style seating area offers additional comfort and luxury also in the outdoor area. The private swimming pool (42 sqm) in front of it with a generous sunbathing area for relaxing hours completes the attractive outdoor area.
The standard occupancy is for up to 4 persons, but the maximum occupancy is up to 6 persons (suitable for children from 10 years!).
