Upstairs there is a large master bedroom with a cantilevered double bed, spacious en-suite marble bathroom with Jacuzzi, shower, separate toilet and access to a spacious and furnished balcony. Another bedroom offers two "Dux" twin beds (can be combined to "king-size") with an en-suite bathroom (shower, toilet, washbasin) and access to a spacious and furnished balcony. Downstairs there is a private bedroom with two "Dux" twin beds (can be combined to "king-size") with an en-suite bathroom (shower, toilet, washbasin) and access to the spacious balcony. A private open-air area can be reached from the bedroom.
On the ground floor there is an open, spacious and inviting living area with adjoining dining area for 6 persons, a fully equipped kitchen and access to the terrace and pool area. The huge panoramic window of the living room creates an airy atmosphere and offers additional open space with gigantic views over the bay.
A further covered lounge style seating area offers additional comfort and luxury also in the outdoor area. The private swimming pool (42 sqm) in front of it with a generous sunbathing area for relaxing hours completes the attractive outdoor area.
The standard occupancy is for up to 4 persons, but the maximum occupancy is up to 6 persons (suitable for children from 10 years!).

On request and for an extra charge the following services are available for the individual houses:
