On the first floor is a spacious living room (fireplace) with kitchen which is made of elegant Corian surface and a dining area. Also located here is a bedroom (double-twin with Coco Mat mattresses) with en-suite bathroom (massage shower), toilet and room climate control, with separate entrance. Upstairs is another bedroom (double-master with Coco Mat mattresses) with en-suite bathroom, this one includes a hydro-massage tub overlooking the Aegean Sea and a WC.
The inviting 100 sqm outdoor area features a private infinity pool (32 sqm) with Roman steps (Cimentogonia surface), a sunbathing area, as well as a spacious shaded dining area.

The villa is located at the lower part of the property, east facing and at about the same level with Villa Charisma.

Mini market and bakery can be found in 400 meters and a bigger supermarket in about 1,5 kilometers.
Only 10 minutes walk from the villas you can find the crystal clear Viglia beach in 1.5 kilometers, where you can swim and become one with nature. Here you can also find some very good restaurants serving the Mediterranean cuisine of Crete, as well as good fish taverns at 2 kilometers.
Only 5 minutes drive from the famous wide sandy beach of Falasarna and around 50 minutes drive from the beautiful beach of Elafonissi, with its unique coral shimmering sand dunes. One of the most beautiful beaches in Europe!
The port of Kissamos is not far away, from where you can take a boat trip to the pirate island of Gramvousa and the world famous Balos Lagoon.
