Villa Friday is located in the village of Mariou, offers a private pool, terraces and the fantastic view of Damnoni beach.
Friday is a two-storey villa with three bedrooms, a terrace and a private pool (15 sqm 3x5 m). The house has two levels connected by an external staircase. On the first level there is a cozy living room with dining area and fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom; the third bedroom is on the second level with a bathroom and balcony.
The large living room door gives the view and access to the private pool and sunbathing area.
It is a fully equipped house with all the amenities to enjoy your stay.
Location:
The villa is located about 200 meters outside the small village of Mariou, where there is also a taverna suburb. The traditional village of Myrthios, where taverns and mini market can be found, is about 2 kilometers away. The coastal village of Plakias with its wide flat sandy beach is 4 kilometers away.
The nearest sandy beach is about 3 kilometers from the villa.
Places worth visiting include the imposing gorges of Kourtaliotis and Kotsifou, the historic monastery of Preveli with its interesting architecture and the beautiful beaches of Ammoudi, Schinaria, Damnoni, Plakias, Souda, Limni Preveli with the palm forest beach at the mouth of the Kourtaliotis river and last but not least the traditional villages of Lefkogia, Selia, Mariou, Asomatos, Gianniou, Rodakino and of course Plakias.
Chania airport is 97 km away from the villa and Heraklion airport is 115 km away.

Rentals
The climate resilience tax of up to 10 euros per day applicable in Greece may have to be paid locally on arrival
Terms of payment
A deposit of 30% of the total rental cost is due immediately to confirm the booking. Payment of the remaining 70% of the rental cost is due 4 weeks prior to arrival.
Cancellation policy
If a guest cancels up to 8 weeks prior to arrival, no cancellation fees are due. If a reservation is cancelled between 4 and 8 weeks prior to arrival, 30% of the total rental cost will be charged as a cancellation fee. If a reservation is cancelled less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, 100% of the total rental cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
