Through the large sliding doors the living area inside merges with the terrace, the outdoor dining area and the infinity pool. The master bedroom has access to the pool terrace and an en-suite bathroom with large shower. The second bedroom has two beds that can be used or placed as a double bed or two single beds. Villa Nuez is located about 500 meters outside the tranquil village of Mochlos, where you will find a minimarket, bakery, cafes and taverns. Larger supermarkets are located in the village of Kavousi, 12 kilometers away. The beach is only 300 meters away from the house and can be reached in a few minutes by foot. Three smaller sandy beaches can be found in and around Mochlos.
