The 100 square meters of living space with large windows, which provide an uninterrupted view of the coast and the surrounding countryside, offer an attractive living room with a large sofa bed for the possible fifth and sixth guest, which is open to the fully and modernly equipped kitchen with wine cabinet and the dining area. Through the large sliding doors the living area inside merges with the terrace, the outdoor dining area and the infinity pool. Also on the first floor is one of the two bedrooms, which has two beds (1.60 m x 2.00 m) that can be used or placed as a double bed or two single beds. The large sliding door gives access to the pool area. A modern bathroom with shower is available separately on this floor. A staircase leads up to the upper floor, which has a master bedroom (1.60 m x 2.00 m) with access to the large roof terrace with fantastic sea views and an en-suite bathroom with a large bathtub. Villa Nuez is furnished with custom-made ceramic sculptures by Melina Xenaki and is fully air-conditioned.
The outdoor area impresses with an infinity pool, which measures 4 m x 16 m and can be used by swimmers. The island sun beds on it also invite you to relax. Shaded dining-, louge- and sunbathing places are available. Private parking is available. Three mountain bikes and yoga equipment are also available for use. What's-App Concierge is offered.
About the location:
Villa Nuez is located about 500 meters outside the tranquil village of Mochlos, where you will find a minimarket, bakery, cafes and taverns. Larger supermarkets are located in the village of Kavousi, 12 kilometers away. The beach is only 300 meters away from the house and can be reached in a few minutes by foot. Three smaller sandy beaches can be found in and around Mochlos.
The villa has the license of the Greek tourist board with the number 1156812.

Terms of payment
A deposit is not due to confirm the booking. Payment of rental fees is due 30 days prior to arrival. For bookings made 30 days prior to arrival or less, 100% of the rental cost is due at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
If a guest cancels up to 30 days prior to arrival, no cancellation fees are due. If a reservation is cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total rental cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Stylische Oase der Ruhe
Die Villa war ein absoluter Glücksgriff, wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub dort. Wir wurden sehr zuvorkommend von Marilou betreut, die für jede Frage erreichbar war. Sehr angenehm war auch die tägliche Reinigung und der Begrüßungskorb mit lokalen Spezialitäten. Die drei Zimmer sind absolut gleichwertig, jedes mit einer individuellen Besonderheit. Bei schlechtem Wetter gibt es innen leider nur 4 Essplätze an der Bar, was uns nicht gestört hat, aber vielleicht gut zu wissen ist. Die zweite Villa ist optisch abgetrennt, man ist aber natürlich in direkter Nachbarschaft und hört u.U. Laute Musik etc. abhängig von den anderen Nutzern. Auch wenn der Ort und das Meer fußläufig zu erreichen sind, würden wir immer Anreise mit Mietwagen empfehlen, da die schönen (Sand) Strände nur mit Auto zu erreichen sind und es nur einen Minimarket, aber keinen Bäcker im Ort gibt. Die Tavernen, die wir probiert haben, waren alle sehr zu empfehlen. Wir hatten traumhafte Tage und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
