ami Beach Villas is a small complex of four villas built in 2009, completely independent from each other and practically equipped with private pools.
Villa Dafni, the third of the four Sami Beach Villas, has two bedrooms and is set in its own garden with established plants and flowers, providing privacy for its visitors.
The villa offers its own private pool in a terrace area with sun loungers and a shaded outdoor dining area. A barbecue is available to cook outside, while inside the villa there is an open plan living, dining and kitchen area that is fully equipped and furnished to a high standard. The lush green mountain landscape surrounding the villa provides a perfect backdrop for your vacation.
Villa Dafni is furnished to the owner's individual style and offers a home with oven and hob, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine, in the lounge Smart TV, DVD and WiFi access can be enjoyed. Fly screens on all doors and windows and air conditioning/heating ensure a comfortable stay.
A twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom is located on the first floor, while the main double bedroom with en-suite bathroom is located upstairs. Private parking for up to two cars is available.
The private pool is 26.25 square meters in size and 1.70 m deep .This ideal setting, with all the comforts of home, offers the perfect place for a relaxing, peaceful and enjoyable vacation.

The villas are located just 50 meters from the sea in the village of Karavomylos, Sami district on the east side of Kefalonia. They are located in a quiet, rural environment and one kilometer from the tourist center of Sami. It is created for a vacation in an environment of rare natural beauty.
The Sami area has been truly blessed by nature. Lush vegetation, crystal clear running waters, emerald green beaches, picturesque villages and a multitude of underground caves and lakes, form a locale that never fails to attract the visitor's attention.

Rentals
The climate resilience tax of up to 10 euros per day applicable in Greece may have to be paid locally on arrival
Terms of payment
A deposit of 30% of the total rental cost is due immediately to confirm the booking. Payment of the remaining 70% of the rental cost is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation policy
If a guest cancels up to 8 weeks prior to arrival, no cancellation fees are due. If a booking is canceled less than up to 6 weeks before arrival, half of the deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee, in the last 6 weeks before arrival 100% of the deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee.
