Sami Beach Villas is a small complex of four villas built in 2009, completely independent of each other and stylishly furnished with private pools.
Villa Fedra has three bedrooms and is ideal for up to 6 people. The individually designed villa offers full comfort for a pleasant stay. The open plan area on the first floor includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area leading onto the villa's terrace with private pool (32 sqm, 1.7 m deep), sun loungers for soaking up the sun and relaxing.
This ideal setting, with all the comforts of home, offers the perfect place for a relaxing, peaceful and enjoyable vacation.
Location:
The villas are located just 50 meters from the sea in the village of Karavomylos, Sami district on the east side of Kefalonia. They are located in a quiet, rural environment and one kilometer from the tourist center of Sami. It is created for a vacation in an environment of rare natural beauty.
The Sami area has been truly blessed by nature. Lush vegetation, crystal clear running waters, emerald green beaches, picturesque villages and a multitude of underground caves and lakes, form a locale that never fails to attract the visitor's attention.

Rentals
The climate resilience tax of up to 10 euros per day applicable in Greece may have to be paid locally on arrival
Terms of payment
A deposit of 30% of the total rental cost is due immediately to confirm the booking. Payment of the remaining 70% of the rental cost is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation policy
If a guest cancels up to 8 weeks prior to arrival, no cancellation fees are due. If a booking is canceled less than up to 6 weeks before arrival, half of the deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee, in the last 6 weeks before arrival 100% of the deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee.
