The large wooden table on the right side of the dining area is an artefact of great design and also offers a panoramic view of the sea, the mountains and the garden from there. Next to the table there is an armchair, a wooden bench and 4 chairs that comfortably seat more than 6 people[ On the left side is the fully equipped Italian kitchen of the highest quality.
After the kitchen we enter the "sleeping area". Here there is a bedroom with a double bed (1.70 m x 2.00 m) and en-suite bathroom and two further bedrooms (1x double bed 1.60 m x 2.00 m and 1x double bed which can also be converted into two single beds 0.90 m x 2.00 m) which share another large bathroom. The west patio is surrounded by trees and flowers and is the ideal place to read or relax, especially on hot summer mornings under the sunny Greek sky. On the east patio is the large ecological and private swimming pool (size 35 sqm), which is chemical and chlorine free and surrounded by a 2000 sqm green area.

The property is located above the secluded beach of Spithi, which can be reached by a 10-minute walk due to the difference in altitude. Also on the other side of the property you can reach the popular beach of Skala. Built according to the latest bioclimatic architectural principles, Villa Piano stands on a verdant Kefalonian cape, a 10 to 15-minute walk from the town of Skala. The three-kilometre beach offers a variety of places to suit every taste and mood: thick sand or colourful pebbles, secluded stretches or lively beach bars. Have fun with lots of water sports and a diving school. On and around the main street there is a selection of shops for most daily necessities.
The Blue Flag long sandy beach is one of the main reasons people come back to Skala year after year. Sun loungers and umbrellas can be hired, there are a few beach bars and also a water sports centre.
The main street and seafront are where most people go in the evenings, with plenty of restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets, as well as some lovely gift shops and mini-markets.
