Pastel-coloured walls and a combination of cream and earth tones complete a modern ambience. A door opens to one of the spacious bedrooms with large, comfortable beds. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen from which guests have access to the outdoor dining area and the private pool and open green space.

Villa Violin is built on two levels and according to the latest trends in bioclimatic architecture. As you enter through the main entrance, you immediately enjoy the natural sunlight that harmonises with the welcoming feel of Villa Violin. On the ground floor you will find the bright and cosy living room, as well as a little further on the kitchen and then the large wooden dining table that inspires delicious Mediterranean gastronomy. Likewise, on this level you will find a bedroom with a king-size bed, a veranda in front and an en-suite bathroom. The wooden staircase leads safely, minimally and luxuriously, to the first floor, which offers two more bedrooms (1x king-size double bed and 1x two single beds. Each bedroom has excellent quality bedding and mattresses.
The spacious interior extends to the outside with a large private veranda furnished in the characteristic style of Villa Violin.
Fluffy towels, personal care products and everything to equip a proper household complement the comfort of the large upstairs bathroom.

Around the villa there is a green landscape with fruit trees, olive trees and a small vineyard, all in perfect harmony with the Mediterranean landscape it hosts.
In front, an impressively clean, ecological pool (size 38 sqm), entirely without chlorine.

The property is located above the secluded beach of Spithi, which can be reached by a 10-minute walk due to the difference in altitude. Also on the other side of the property you can reach the popular beach of Skala. Built according to the latest bioclimatic architectural principles, Villa Piano stands on a verdant Kefalonian cape, a 10 to 15-minute walk from the town of Skala. The three-kilometre beach offers a variety of places for every taste and mood: thick sand or colourful pebbles, secluded stretches or lively beach bars. Have fun with lots of water sports and a diving school. On and around the main street there is a selection of shops for most daily necessities.
The Blue Flag long sandy beach is one of the main reasons people come back to Skala year after year. Sun loungers and umbrellas can be hired, there are a few beach bars and also a water sports centre.
The main street and seafront are where most people go in the evenings, with plenty of restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets, as well as some lovely gift shops and mini-markets.
