Xenos Villas are located near the organised beach resort of Tigaki. This villa offers a beautiful view of the sunset and the sea. Ideal for couples or friends who want to laze by the pool and enjoy the romance.
Villa 4 has a modern design with large windows and stunning sea views. From the living room and outdoor dining area you can see the island of Kalymnos and the Turkish coast.
The villa is spread over 2 floors, plus attic, and 180 sqm, so there is plenty of personal space for the residents. The villa is situated on a private plot of 1500 sqm.
The main entrance leads to the first floor, which faces the sea. On the first floor there is the living room, the dining area, the open kitchen, a bedroom (with double bed) and a bathroom. Both the living room and the kitchen offer ample indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor dining area and the living room offer a fantastic opportunity to experience the Greek sunset over the Aegean Sea.
The second floor consists of a very large loft with a double bed, en-suite toilet and single sofa bed.
On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom with bath, a separate shower room and a separate WC. There is also a large room with a full gym and an additional sofa bed for 2 people.
The outdoor area offers a private pool (5 m x 9.5 m) a Mediterranean garden with sunbathing area and terraces. Private parking spaces are available.
Cots and high chairs are available for the smallest members of the family.
Location:
Xenos Villas are in a quiet location but within walking distance to the start of the local seaside resort of Tigaki. This area is home to a range of shops, cafes, tavernas and Greek-style restaurants, as well as perhaps the best beach on the island.
Tigaki beach is about 2 km away from the villas by car, although the coast can also be reached in about 800 m on foot.
Kos Town, the main town on the island of Kos, is about 11 km away and has a selection of cafes, restaurants, shops and nightlife to suit all tastes.

Rentals
The climate resilience tax of up to 10 euros per day applicable in Greece may have to be paid locally on arrival
Terms of payment
A deposit of 20% of the total rental cost is due immediately to confirm the booking. Payment of the remaining 80% of the rental cost is due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Cancellation policy
If a guest cancels up to 6 weeks prior to arrival, 20% of the total rental cost will be retained. If a booking is cancelled less than 6 weeks prior to arrival, 100% of the total rental cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
