The one bedroom suite (double bed) has a total area of 60 sqm on one level, consisting of a fully equipped kitchenette and a living room with a pull-out sofa bed that can easily accommodate two people.
The suite also has air conditioning, WIFI, TV, safe and alarm system. The shared pool (47 sqm) blends with the blue of the sea and offers a view that will last a lifetime. The outdoor area of the Ruby Suite offers various corners for gatherings and relaxation with Mykonos Town and the Aegean Sea as the perfect backdrop.
The outdoor area has a sun-drenched location with breathtaking sea views and a magnificent pool, which it shares with the adjacent Amethyst Suite.

Both suites are ideally located just 4 km from the old port of Mykonos Town. Here you will find sightseeing, narrow streets, places to stroll, cafes, bars as well as many possibilities to stop and look at the blue sea.
The famous sandy beaches of Paradise Beach are only 8 km away and Super Paradise Beach is only 9 km away. The sandy beaches of Ftelia, Ornos, Psaro, Platys Gialos are less than 10 km away.

Rentals
The climate resilience tax of up to 10 euros per day applicable in Greece may have to be paid locally on arrival
Terms of payment
A deposit of 20% of the total rental cost is due immediately to confirm the booking. Payment of the remaining 80% of the rental cost is due 21 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation policy
If a guest cancels up to 21 days prior to arrival, 20% of the total rental cost will be retained. If a booking is cancelled less than 21 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total rental cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
