Villa Zircon's modern, open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and flows seamlessly into the dining area and spacious living room with its fireplace.
Set on three levels, comprising five master bedrooms in the main house, with two attached guest suites, a spacious living room with fireplace, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and a guest toilet.
The minimalist décor with elegant furniture gives this luxury villa a timeless style.
The entrance level has the living-dining and kitchen area with access to the large terrace and pool area. Here you will also find two master bedrooms with 1x double bed and 1x twin beds, each with en-suite bathroom. Upstairs are three further master bedrooms (1x with double bed and 1x twin beds), each with en-suite bathrooms. On the lowest level there are two suites (size 32 sqm and 36 sqm), each with two single beds, en-suite bathroom and private terrace extra.
The spacious outdoor area of Villa Zircon is occupied by its own private infinity pool. The pool deck also features sun loungers for sunbathing overlooking the sea and a large shaded lounge area with a built-in sofa.
Private parking for up to 3 cars and a garden path lead to the 360 sqm plot and the villa's own entrance and outdoor area.
Five beautiful bedrooms in the main house together with the two attached outdoor suites can provide a lovely holiday time for up to 14 guests in this special villa in Mykonos.

The famous sandy beaches of Paradise Beach are only 8 km away and Super Paradise Beach is only 9 km away. The sandy beaches of Ftelia, Ornos, Psaro, Platys Gialos are less than 10 km away.

Rentals
The climate resilience tax of up to 10 euros per day applicable in Greece may have to be paid locally on arrival
Terms of payment
A deposit of 20% of the total rental cost is due immediately to confirm the booking. Payment of the remaining 80% of the rental cost is due 21 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation policy
If a guest cancels up to 21 days prior to arrival, 20% of the total rental cost will be retained. If a booking is cancelled less than 21 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total rental cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Ein Urlaub wie ein Träumchen
Die Villa Zircon ist wunderschön gelegen und bietet einen herrlichen Panoramablick über die Stadt Mykonos, das Meer und die umliegenden Hügeln! Die Villa ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, bestens geeignet für große Gruppen und durch den täglichen Reinigungsservice wird sie blitzeblank gepflegt. Die Kommunikation mit der Hausverwaltung vor Ort war stets zuverlässig, unkompliziert und sehr angenehm. Diese bietet auch Unterstützung bei der Buchung von Aktivitäten vor Ort. Wir haben über die Hausverwaltung eine wunderschöne Segeltour gebucht, die wir in bleibender Erinnerung behalten werden. Hier hat auch alles tadellos funktioniert, der Transferbus kam überpünktlich uns abzuholen. Das Personal an Bord war sehr freundlich und die Köchin hat ein leckeres kleines Menü frisch für uns gekocht. Da die Zufahrtstrasse zur Villa extrem steil und schmal ist, wäre das Anmieten eines Automatikfahrzeugs von Vorteil. Wir können unserem Aufenthalt die Note „sehr gut“ vergeben.
