The master bedroom, which is located on the top level, has a double bed (180 x 200 cm), a high quality mattress, wardrobes with a full-length mirror, a flat screen TV, silent air conditioning, a mini safe in the wardrobe, a balcony and a connection to the adjacent bathroom. This offers a bathtub, a WC, a hand basin, bath towels, a hair dryer, hand soap and shower gel. Bedrooms 2 and 3 and the second bathroom are located on the lower ground floor. One of the bedrooms has a single bed with a high-quality mattress, a wardrobe and a mirror, a desk, a sliding door to the garden terrace, a low-noise air-conditioning system and a flat-screen TV. Bedroom 3 also has a single bed with a high-quality mattress, a wardrobe, low-noise air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom is located next to the two single bedrooms and offers a bathtub with integrated shower, toilet and washbasin, hand soap and shower gel.
There is also a laundry room on the lower ground floor, which offers a washing machine, ironing board, detergent and a clotheshorse.

On the south side, with direct sea views, there is a private swimming pool with a waterfall cascaded by a two meter high natural stone wall.
