The master bedroom, which is located on the top level, has a double bed (180 x 200 cm), a high quality mattress, wardrobes with a full-length mirror, a flat screen TV, silent air conditioning, a mini safe in the wardrobe, a balcony and a connection to the adjacent bathroom. This offers a bathtub, a WC, a hand basin, bath towels, hairdryer, hand soap and shower gel. Bedrooms 2 and 3 and the second bathroom are located on the lower ground floor. One bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200 cm) with a high-quality mattress, wardrobe and mirror, desk, sliding door to the garden terrace, low-noise air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. Bedroom 3 also has a double bed (160 x 200 cm) with high-quality mattress, an additional sofa bed for one adult or two children, wardrobe, low-noise air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom is located next to the two bedrooms and offers a bathtub with integrated shower, toilet and washbasin, hand soap and shower gel.
There is also a laundry room on the ground floor below, which offers a washing machine, ironing board, detergents and a clothes horse.

On the south side, with direct sea views, there is a private swimming pool with a waterfall cascaded by a two meter high natural stone wall. The villa is located only 40 meters from the sandy beach and about 500 meters from the old fishing port of Kiotari and about 4 kilometers outside the traditional village of Asklipio. Also the next tavern is 150 meters away and the next supermarket in 500 meters. The famous village of Lindos can be reached after about 21 kilometers and the worth seeing Rhodes city after about 60 kilometers.
