The villa extends over two floors and features a modern living area with a flat-screen satellite TV, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, and kettle. The six modern and comfortable bedrooms offer sleeping comfort with Coco-Mat mattresses, and the five bathrooms are spread over the two floors of the natural stone house. Complimentary toiletries and Wi-Fi are available.

Southrock Villa is located in the southeastern part of the island on the coast, 3.5 km outside the traditional village of Lachania. The peaceful sea with its crystal-clear water is only 150 m away. Supermarkets and restaurants can be found in the village of Lachania, 3.5 km away. The charismatic village of Lindos with its small harbor and narrow streets lined with cafes and restaurants is 28 km away, and the picturesque town of Rhodes is 68 km away.

Rentals
The climate resilience tax applicable in Greece of up to €15 per day may be payable locally upon arrival.
Payment terms
A deposit of 40% of the total rental cost is due immediately to confirm the booking. The remaining 60% of the rental cost must be paid 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation policy
If a guest cancels up to 60 days before arrival, no cancellation fee will be charged. If a booking is canceled less than 60 days before arrival, 100% of the total rental cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
