Villa Southrock 1 is one of two comfortable villas built of natural stone, ready for your reception and offers space for a relaxing vacation. You can indulge yourself with a magnificent view of the Aegean Sea while enjoying the sun. This truly idyllic retreat consists of two villas, one behind the other, built with respect for the traditional architecture of the Dodecanese in harmony with nature.
Southrock Villa 1 has 150 sqm of living space and can accommodate 10-12 people overlooking the Aegean Sea. Please note that the 11th and 12th guest can be accommodated on the sofa beds. The villa has five bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) and closet, of which two are located on the first floor, one in the basement and two on the second floor. The outdoor area allows you to soak up plenty of sun and freshen up in the private pool (25 sqm, 1.40 m deep).
The interior of the villa is wonderfully spacious, tastefully decorated yet simple and elegant, equipped with all modern amenities that offer a real sense of autonomy, comfort and luxury. Private verandas provide access to a relaxation-giving pool that offers unobstructed views of the Aegean Sea and a spectacular sunrise. Southrock Villa is a truly authentic place that offers privacy and guarantees a relaxing and restful stay. The comfortable villa is fully furnished and equipped - flat-screen satellite TV in the living room, fully functional kitchen, a private swimming pool with sunbathing area and free Wi-Fi connection.

Southrock Villa is located in the southeastern part of the island on the coast and 3.5 km outside the traditional village of Lachania. The peaceful sea with its crystal clear waters is only 150 meters away. Supermarkets and restaurants can be found in the village of Lachania, 3.5 km away. The charismatic town of Lindos with its small harbor, narrow streets with cafes and restaurants, is 28 km away and the worth seeing Rhodes Town is 68 km away.

Terms of payment
A deposit of 30% of the total rental cost is due immediately to confirm the booking. Payment of the remaining 70% of the rental cost is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation policy
If a guest cancels up to 30 days prior to arrival, no cancellation fee will be charged. If a reservation is cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total rental cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
