Villa Armonia is located only 150 meters from the beach, has a heated private pool as well as beautiful sea views and offers a nice place for up to 10 guests for a relaxing vacation.

The interior of the living and dining room is decorated with natural stone, marble, wood and a beautiful fireplace. Furniture, lighting and decoration are of the highest standard and specially selected to create an atmosphere of warmth and relaxation. There is a TV with satellite, DVD player, music system and air conditioning, the use of which is included in the price. The living room with sofa bed is open plan to the kitchen and an internal staircase leads to the three bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is located on the first floor. A luxurious, fully equipped kitchen in Italian design has SIEMENS household appliances such as microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, a large fridge/freezer with ice maker, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, grill/sandwich maker and mixer. There is a full set of cutlery, cooking utensils and glassware. In the storage rooms you will also find an iron, ironing board, first aid kit and sewing kit.

The comfortable villa has four comfortable double bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with two single beds (0.9m x 2.0m) and two with double beds (1.6m x 2.0m). The quality mattresses provide maximum comfort. A safe deposit box keeps your valuables safe. In each room there are spacious built-in wardrobes and a hairdryer. All bedrooms are equipped with televisions with satellite reception. Bed linen is changed twice a week, while you can change other sheets and comforter covers as often as you like free of charge. All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and have WiFi with internet access. In addition, Villa Armonia has three fully equipped bathrooms and an additional toilet. One bathroom has a Jacuzzi bathtub, the second and third has a shower each. All bathrooms are furnished in modern style.

Baby crib and high chair are available on request. Cleaning daily except Sundays!

The outdoor area of the villa has a private heated pool (7.00 m x 5.00 m) with mosaic tiles and hydromassage, which will make your summer vacation an extra experience. Relax with a cocktail by the pool overlooking the breathtaking sea or enjoy your meal at sunset.
