Villa Passithea is located just 150 meters from the beach, has a private pool heated in the cooler months and equipped with swimming and hydromassage jets.

It has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite, one is equipped with a Jacuzzi bathtub and a WC. It has a fully equipped kitchen and can accommodate up to 6 people. There is a semi-detached studio with en-suite bathroom and kitchenette in case guests need more bedrooms. The studio can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children in a double sofa bed and can only be rented together with the villa.

The interior of the living and dining room is decorated with natural stone, marble and wood. Furniture, lighting and decoration are of the highest standard and specially selected to create an atmosphere of intimacy and familiarity for moments of warmth and relaxation. There is a TV with satellite , DVD player, music system and air conditioning whose use is included in the price. The living room opens to the kitchen and an internal staircase leads to the three bedrooms.

A luxurious fully equipped kitchen in Italian design has SIEMENS household appliances such as microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, a large fridge/freezer with ice maker, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, grill/sandwich maker and mixer. There is a full set of cutlery, cooking utensils and glassware. In the storage rooms you will also find an iron, ironing board, first aid kit and sewing kit.

Two of the bedrooms have two single beds (0.9m x 2.0m) and one has a double bed (1.6m x 2.0m). The comfortable quality mattresses provide maximum comfort. A safe deposit box ensures the safety of your valuables. There are spacious built-in wardrobes and a hairdryer in each room. All bedrooms are equipped with HD televisions with satellite. Bed linen is changed twice a week, while you can change additional sheets and comforter covers as often as you like free of charge. All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and have WiFi with internet access.

The villa has three bathrooms, one of which is connected to the master bedroom and includes a shower. The second bathroom offers a bathtub with hydromassage and the third a shower en-suite. There is also a toilet. All bathrooms are furnished in modern style.

Baby crib and high chair are available on request. Cleaning daily except Sundays!

Studio:

The semi-detached studio has a double bed (1,6m x 2,0m) and a double sofa bed and can accommodate up to 2 adults and two children. The bathroom has a shower. There is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities in the studio. The studio can only be rented together with the villa if guests need more bedrooms.

The outdoor area holds a private pool (7.00 m 5.00 m), heated in the cooler months and equipped with mosaic tiles, swimming and hydro massage jets, making it a unique experience for your summer vacation. Relax with a cocktail in the pool with breathtaking sea views or enjoy the sunset over dinner.

Villa Passithea is located on the outskirts of the coastal village of Pefkos, just 150 meters from the beach. Rodos town - a beautiful port city with sights worth visiting - can be found at a distance of 50 kilometers.

Pefkos is a convenient starting point for excursions to the traditional villages in the interior of the south and to the forested mountains in the center of the island. In both Pefkos and Lindos you will find all the services and facilities you could wish for during your vacation: Restaurants, ATMs, stores and tourist offices are everywhere, while entertainment options include water sports, boat trips to nearby islands and Turkey, glass bottom boat excursions, cafes, bars, clubs and much more.
